I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms had a decent Japanese style with a small balcony and Western beds, plus large windows offering stunning views. The service was a bit lacking with an unfriendly receptionist who wouldn't provide extra towels. However, the location was perfect right along the promenade with unblocked views of Lake Toya. The dining options were limited but the Welsh pastries were a nice touch.
